APNA NY Chapter to Hold Annual Gala on September 19
Gala at Marriott Uniondale to feature dinner, live entertainment by Humera Arshad, educational program and cultural bazaar
UNIONDALE, NY: The New York Chapter of APNA is set to host its Annual Gala on Saturday, September 19, 2026, bringing together community members and guests for an evening featuring dinner, live entertainment, an educational program and a special bazaar.
The annual event will be held at the Marriott, 101 James Doolittle Boulevard, Uniondale, New York, with the main gala scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
A key attraction of the evening will be live entertainment by Humera Arshad, who will perform for guests during the gala. The program is expected to provide attendees with an opportunity to enjoy an evening of entertainment while connecting with members of the community.
An Educational Program will also be held from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The educational segment will be under the charge of Dr. Pervaiz Iqbal, and is being included as an important part of the day’s activities.
Prior to the main gala, a Bazaar will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The bazaar will feature a variety of items, including jewellery, desi dresses and abayas, giving attendees an opportunity to shop while participating in the event.
