| Dear Service Coordinator,I am writing on behalf of Corona Social Center, Inc. (CSC), a NYS Department of Health licensed Social Adult Day Care and Structured Day Program based in Corona, Queens. CSC is enrolled to serve individuals in both the NHTD and TBI Medicaid Waiver programs, providing a full day of supervised activities, therapeutic support, and community integration.As you work with participants who may benefit from a structured day program, I wanted to share a short video overview of a day at our center — including the activities, therapeutic supports, and environment we provide.
