APAC Receives Official 501(c)(3) Recognition in Major Milestone for Pakistani-American Community

Brooklyn, New York:( By Manzoor Hussain ) The Pakistani-American community has welcomed a significant development as the All Pakistani American Coalition (APAC) received official recognition under the United States 501(c)(3) law, granting the organization formal nonprofit status. Community leaders and social figures described the achievement as a historic milestone and a matter of pride for Pakistani-Americans across the country.

According to APAC officials, the new status will enable the organization to expand its charitable, educational, social, and community service initiatives more effectively under U.S. law. The organization plans to focus on women’s education, literacy programs, child welfare, and “English as a Second Language” (ESL) initiatives aimed at supporting immigrants and younger generations with greater educational and professional opportunities.

In a statement issued by APAC, the organization reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening relations between Pakistan and the United States, promoting harmony between the people of both nations, and encouraging Pakistani-Americans to play a more active role in mainstream American society.

The organization stated that it is guided by the principles of “Unity, Faith, and Discipline” and acknowledged the valuable contributions of Pakistani-Americans in education, business, social services, and philanthropy throughout the United States.

APAC further noted that it is actively working to engage young people in constructive activities, raise political awareness within the Pakistani-American community, and encourage greater participation of Pakistani-origin Americans in the U.S. electoral process.

The organization’s broader mission also includes promoting interfaith harmony, creating platforms for dialogue among religious groups, political leaders, and community organizations, and organizing youth programs, conventions, exhibitions, community events, and peace conferences. APAC also pledged to raise its voice against injustice around the world.

Community leaders said the organization’s recognition would not only benefit Pakistani-Americans but also help promote a positive image of Pakistanis in the United States through meaningful social and community engagement.

Several social, political, and business figures congratulated APAC’s leadership and expressed hope that the organization would continue serving the community through expanded welfare and educational projects in the future.

APAC has also invited the public to connect through its official website and email for further information and community participation.
