Here is my latest Podcast Unpacking The Impact of Cannabis and Discussing the Dangers of Fentanyl. Vito LaBella is an Education Advocate and Senate candidate for the 26th District, with a focus on critically important issues like cannabis legalization and the alarming rise of fentanyl poison. Drawing from both personal and societal experiences, Vito has remained steadfast in addressing the impacts of marijuana use and the increased health issues since legalization. Vito underscores the broader societal shifts in perception toward cannabis. Through his candidacy, Vito LaBella aims to tackle these issues and bring awareness at the local, state, and national levels. Most importantly, Vito proposes a multi-prong approach to the Fentanyl crisis that is harming and killing our children, which entails both education and coping skills, along with severe legal consequences for those exposing our children to this dangerous substance. He proposes a law called “Sasha’s Law” in memory of a Brooklyn Tech freshman who lost her life to Fentanyl poisoning.
