I’m Jim Walden, the former Federal Prosecutor who took on all five of New York’s infamous crime families and helped end their reign in our city.
Now, I’m continuing my fight against corruption and crime in our city by running for Mayor against Eric Adams!
I’m not a career politician and I don’t come from privilege. I worked my way from being a homeless community college student to becoming a federal prosecutor and a nationally recognized trial lawyer.
I’ve spent my entire career fighting for what’s right and standing up for those without a voice. But don’t take my word for it, my record speaks for itself:
- Prosecuted NYC’s most prominent mob bosses from all five families.
- Secured emergency repairs for 400,000 public housing residents to ensure safe and livable homes.
- Fought for NYC parents seeking to hold school administrators accountable for failing to protect their children from bullies.
- Helped FDNY hold the Adams administration accountable for prioritizing profits over firefighter’s safety.
- Stood up to City Hall to protect healthcare pension benefits for retired workers.
When I look at New York right now, I see a city and a people who have lost faith in our leaders and institutions. A city that once inspired hope, resilience, and pride, now reduced to frustration and cynicism.
But rot starts from the top and it’s no secret that over a decade of failed leadership has led to dysfunction and corruption in City Hall.
I’m running for Mayor to restore trust and pride in our city. Together we can create a New York that works for everyone, where opportunity is real, communities are heard, and hope thrives.
But I can’t do it alone! With your support, we can bring real leadership to City Hall and restore New Yorkers’ faith in our city. Let’s rise to this moment and create the city we all know is possible! Will you become a Founding Donor of our historic campaign by making a grassroots contribution?
