Brooklyn, New York : Council Member Susan Zwang from District 43 paid a special visit to the Iqra Mosque, a symbol of the greatness of Islam, in Brooklyn, and met with Imam Ahmad Ali Uzair. The Imam of the mosque said that in the mosque, we not only worship our God, but one of the roles of the mosque is also to come together here to solve community problems and learn how to be a better person and how to serve others and how to help our neighbors. People also come here to solve their religious problems and our scholars explain the solutions to their problems in the light of this heavenly book, the Holy Quran.

The Imam of the mosque, while showing the Quran to Councilwoman Susan Zwang, told her that it is in Arabic, but it is translated into different languages so that people of other religions can easily understand what kind of religion Islam is and what are the commands of Allah for humans. Moreover, not only in this house of Allah which we call the mosque, all this is explained here so that we can follow the right path.

During her visit, Susan Zhuang said that I am from China and like you, I also came to this country to fulfill my dreams. My dream is to serve the people as much as possible. If you have any problem, you can come to my office and I will definitely resolve it.
